Our Property
This has been our family home for over 35 years. We are situated in a quiet neighbourhood halfway between ferry/airport and downtown. The university is 10 minutes away if attending conferences or visiting family. Our backyard is very private with a welcoming shady veranda or sunny spot by the pond.

We offer 3 rooms which gives a small boutique atmosphere to your stay.
There are many sitting areas inside and out to enjoy the decor or relax with a good book.
The water features add a tranquil trickle to the private garden setting. Blue herons, hummingbirds, squirrels, and resident raccoons take turns visiting the fish in the pond.
The washrooms are roomy and clean with modern fixtures. Lots of towels are provided as well as hair dryers and curling irons.
Situated across the hall from your room, but for your own personal needs. Lots of towels provided.
A full breakfast is provided. Attention is given to dietary needs as requested.
